Peter Staub
Managing Director
Peter completed a Chef Apprenticeship and Management Course at the Hotel School Laussane, in Switzerland. He immigrated to Cape Town and spent nine years working as an Executive Chef at the President Hotel and at Kelvin Grove.
Peter was F&B Manager at San Lameer and later joined the Protea Hotel Group Head Office as Development Manager, to refurbish and upgrade various Protea Hotels.
After gaining extensive product knowledge through his experience in the hospitality industry, he left the Protea Hotel Group in 1996 to start Hospitality Procurements (Pty) Ltd.
Nicholas Staub
Nicholas joined the business in 2000 and has successfully completed several residential and hospitality projects. His extensive supplier contacts and product knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the company.
